Dr. Chien is the Associate Program Director for the Columbia University Orthopaedic Residency Program. Dr. Chien has trained at some of the best medical institutions in the country, including: Stanford University, Harvard University and Mercy Medical Center. She has also published and taught on topics such as: ankle fractures, foot and ankle surgery infection prevention and diabetic foot management.
